Generosity as a Choice

Generosity as a choice, not a mood — and why it's good for you to give.

Generosity is a choice, not a mood — and why it's good for you to give.

We can decide to be generous with our partner, friend or family member. Generosity is a choice that often leads to less conflict and more mutual understanding. We'll talk about the why, when and how of generosity.

Substantial time is dedicated to Q&A, so we can explore as a group how this dynamic plays out in your own relationships, and how to shift it.

Upcoming dates

The Connection Workshop is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or crisis services. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship. Registration is per participant; workshop registrations are non-refundable.
